Governing Documents
The Constitution and by-laws are the governing documents that regulate ASWSUV. The Constitution is the overall regulatory document and the By-laws are in-depth as to what is contained within the constitution.
ASWSUV By Laws
The By Laws specifies how ASWSUV operates and certifies the ASWSUV Constitution. It prescribes ASWSUV’s policies and operating procedures, powers, functions, duties, and responsibilities.
