Undergrad Travel Grant Form

ASWSUV offers the Undergrad Travel Grant, which provides undergrad students funding for non-academic related VanCoug travel expenses.

This grant is available to all undergrad students for expenses not related to a course grade or assignment.

Examples of uses include (not limited to):

Places or Events:

  • Conferences
  • Tournaments
  • Tours

Use of Funds:

  • Registration Fees
  • Travel (Gas, Train, Flights)
  • Lodging Expenses
